Oggi, è stato rilasciato Ubuntu 8.04 Codename Hardy Heron (è presente una HomePage rinnovata, che dovrebbe durare per solo questo giorno), il quale dopo molteplici Alpha e una sola beta, giunge alla versione finale, regalandoci grandi novità che renderanno felici, molto felici, tutti gli utenti (e non) di questo Sistema Operativo basato su Linux.

Potete ben capire che sono molte; c’è da sottolineare però, l’utilizzo dell’innovativo e recente GNOME 2.22.1 e del nuovo Kernel Linux, che rendono l’aspetto di questo O.S. ancora più piacevole di come lo era prima.

Troviamo inoltre un nuovo sfondo iniziale, molto bello e accattivante anche quello; altri bug corretti ed altre novità durante l’installazione, ma che vedrete voi stessi appena lo scaricherete.

NOTA: Consiglio a tutti di scaricarlo in fasce orarie dove l’affluenza di utenti è bassa, nonché la notte o al massimo la mattina. Consiglio inoltre, di scaricarlo via torrent se proprio non resistete a provarlo.
